Both of these players do not want to look at the stats, it was not pretty tennis and unfortunately that is sometimes the way the cookie crumbles at these Grand Slams.

Harriet Dart just needs to regroup and forget, it's a one set shootout and she needs to go back to basics and not allow Donna Vekic to feel comfortable again. She needs to use these conditions to her advantage and make Donna work for every point.

But there's no stopping Jacob Fearnley on serve as he blazes down two aces en route to a love hold.

There's an eruption of noise as Thanasi Kokkinakis, finally, gets the job done.

That game took over 15 minutes and the Australian celebrates the hold by crouching down and directing a couple of fist pumps towards the crowd.

Not a lot about the play in this second set has been particularly clean and you can totally understand it with the late night conditions with the wind which picks up and drops and messes with proceedings.

Donna Vekic just wants to get this set finished as soon as possible, while Harriet Dart does perhaps have one eye on the third set.

The 18th seed completes a clean-sweep in the second set, unleashing one final backhand winner to take a sixth straight game.

Vekic has definitely gone up a level. Hopefully Dart has a lot more left in the tank than she was really letting on in those past few games.

Jacob Fearnley is flying. He's picked up exactly where he left off over on Court 6 by sealing the early break against Arthur Cazaux.

Back and forth we go on Thanasi Kokkinakis' serve. There was a huge roar from the crowd as they think Jack Draper has gone long and handed over the hold, but it's in! Deuce. Again.

Harriet Dart is really struggling with the wind and the greater consistency now of Donna Vekic. She is going to have to come with something special very quickly to prevent this from going to a deciding set.

It's a long, long way back now for Harriet Dart in set two.

With a couple of misses she surrenders another game to trail by four and it looks like we will be heading to a deciding set on the floodlit court 14.

Donna Vekic has taken charge now and Harriet Dart, although by no means playing badly, is in danger of allowing this second set to quickly get away from her.

Vekic increases the pressure once again with two break points but Dart holds her nerve and lands a forehand winner for deuce.

The serve comes up for clutch for Thanasi Kokkinakis as Jack Draper flings himself at the ball to no avail.

But the Australian kicks the ball into the net in anger after missing another easy smash over the net. Deuce.

The frustration is creeping in for Thanasi Kokkinakis, who blows the chance to get that hold over the line with a big miss.

And another! It's a break point for Jack Draper.
