Former manager Harry Griffiths outlines his football philosophy in this 1977 BBC Wales interview with reporter Peter Walker.

Griffiths, who enjoyed 25 years as a Swansea Town player, is often credited with laying the foundations for John Toshack's successful reign as Swansea City manager.

Toshack took charge in 1978 and kept Griffiths on as his assistant. Sadly, Griffiths would pass away shortly before the team's promotion from the old Fourth Division that year. He was only 47.
