Wales Under-21s manager Matty Jones has underlined the qualities he sees in Liverpool teenager Lewis Koumas - highlighting the winger's growth in confidence and hunger to succeed.

Jones was speaking to the Feast of Football podcast after naming his squad for the their potentially historic European Championship qualifier with Czech Republic on Friday, 11 October at Newport's Rodney Parade.

Koumas is in the senior Wales squad for this month's Nations League matches against Iceland and Montenegro.
