Andrew Allen, 54, of Severn Road, Bury St Edmunds, was charged with manslaughter at Peterborough Crown Court after the death of Scott Lisney.

The 56-year-old was reportedly assaulted near the St Olaves shops, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk at 20:05 BST on 26 July.

At Cambridge Crown Court today, Mr Allen was released on bail but told his trial would commence in October 2026.
