Two sections of the A3 in Surrey are to close overnight during the weekend as part of ongoing works.
The closure will be in place on the southbound road from Painshill Roundabout to junction 10 of the M25 junction, including the A3 entry slip at Painshill, and on the northbound road from the Send Interchange to the A3 Painshill Interchange.
Works will be taking place on the two sections from 21:00 BST until 09:00 on both Friday and Saturday.
The ongoing project to restore heathland and upgrade the M25's junction with the A3 Wisley Interchange to reduce congestion and improve safety is expected to end in spring 2026, with an estimated cost of £317m.
Several diversions will be in place as a result, National Highways said.
The A3 southbound carriageway between the A245 Painshill Roundabout and the B2215 Send was previously closed from 21:00 on 12 September until 06:00 on Monday as part of the project, which began in 2022.
