Birmingham City Council also has no plans to broadcast the match, but the Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival in the city's Moseley Park has ordered in a truck-based screen.

The match coincides with the festival's closing headline act, Kool & The Gang, with event organisers pointing out that one of their best-known hits is called Celebration.
