Man charged with arson offence after Plymouth fire

Police have charged a man in connection to a suspected arson attack in Plymouth.

Devon and Cornwall Police said 40-year-old Ryan O'Shea, of Edgar Terrace, Plymouth, was charged with arson.

The charge relates to a fire outside a property in the Mutley Plain area of the city on Monday 7 April.

The force said Mr O'Shea was released on bail and due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates' Court on Thursday 24 April.
