Tribute to 'loving' teen killed in Devon crash

The family of an 18-year-old who died following a car crash in Devon said he "bought a lot of joy, energy and laughter to his friends and family".
Devon and Cornwall Police said Oliver Weston died at Haldon near Exeter on 8 August.
Two other teenagers also died, 16-year-old Hanna Green and 15-year-old Ruby Campbell.
In a statement, the his family said: "Oliver was a loving and very loved son, brother and cousin. Our family have been left heartbroken following his death."
They said: "Oliver had a passion for living his life and working hard.
"His spare time was spent with his motorbikes which were a huge part of his life, he also enjoyed fishing and could name hundreds of fish."
The family said he would "be missed by all who knew him" and will "forever remain in our hearts".
The police said the fatal crash happened at about 01:20 BST.
A force spokesperson said specialist officers from the Serious Collisions Investigation Team were investigating the single-vehicle crash.
