Two men arrested in connection with a crash which killed two teenage girls in County Monaghan in July have been released, gardaí (Irish police) have said.
Kiea McCann, 17, and Dlava Mohamed, 16, died near the Irish border, after a car which was carrying five people left the N54 road and hit a tree.
The girls were students at Largy College in Clones and they had been travelling to an end-of-year school dance.
In their death notices, their families said they were best friends.
Hundreds of people attended their funerals, including representatives for Irish President Michael D Higgins and Taoiseach (Irish prime minister) Leo Varadkar.
The two men, aged in their 60s and 40s, were arrested on Friday morning.
They have since been released without charge; a file will be prepared for the director of pubic prosecutions, gardaí said.
