UK house prices are 'static', according to the Nationwide

UK house prices fell by 0.2% in April compared with March but values are showing little momentum in either direction, according to the Nationwide.

And the building society's chief economist, Robert Gardner, said the stability in house prices reflected conditions in the wider economy.
