New Zealand 'making good progress'

New Zealand is "making good progress" as it recovers from February's earthquake, the country's deputy prime minister has said.

Bill English told the BBC's Asia Business Report that business was getting back to normal in Christchurch, the city hit by the quake.

He added that the government was sticking to its spending cuts, and hoped to achieve a budget surplus within four years.
