Thousands of illegal weapons seized by Spanish police

Assault rifles, grenades and machine-guns are among the haul of weapons that were seized by anti-terrorism police.

Officers said a smuggling group planned to recommission deactivated arms and traffic them into Spain, France and Belgium.
