Kraft 'should account for themselves' for Cadbury takeover

More than a year after the controversial takeover of Cadbury by American food giant Kraft a group of MPs say they still have "significant concerns" about the deal.

In a report, the Business, Innovation and Skills Select Committee also strongly criticised Kraft's chief executive Irene Rosenfeld for refusing to appear before parliamentary hearings on the takeover.

Howard Wheeldon, from BGC Partners, told the BBC Kraft should appear before the committee and ''account for themselves''.
