The US Federal Reserve is due to end a two-day meeting on Wednesday with a decision on moves to revive the country's stalling economy.

It comes a day after the International Monetary Fund cut its global growth forecast to 4%, as European leaders struggle to control turmoil in the eurozone.

But with interest rates already low, what options are left in the Federal Reserve's toolbox?
