Minimum wage should be scrapped, says IEA's Littlewood
Up to 200,000 care workers are earning less than the minimum wage, according to an investigation by the Panorama, external programme.
They say it is because employers are using loopholes and bending the rules to avoid paying their workers the minimum £6.08 an hour.
Mark Littlewood from the Institute of Economic Affairs think tank says the minimum wage should be scrapped altogether because it prices young and inexperienced people out of work.
