Lebanon's painfully slow internet

Lebanon has one of the slowest internet connections in the world. It's a source of friction for businesses that say it's having a knock-on effect for the economy.

With public pressure mounting, the government recently passed a decree paving the way for cheaper and faster internet.

An improved service is meant to be up and running this week, but as Howard Johnson reports from Beirut, not everybody's convinced the changes are happening quick enough.
