George Osborne: Eurozone must face up to responsiblities

As G20 leaders hold talks to find a sustainable solution to the eurozone debt crisis, UK Chancellor George Osborne says the eurozone has to face up to its own responsiblities.

It comes as the Greek prime minister George Papandreou faces a confidence vote in parliament.

Mr Papandreou shocked EU partners and sent markets into turmoil after calling for a referendum on a hard-fought EU deal to bail out debt-ridden Greece.
