Stephanie Flanders: Eurozone's impact on UK economy

The overall economic picture, presented by the Chancellor George Osborne in the Autumn Statement, was worse than many had predicted.

He told MPs the UK economy was now forecast to grow by 0.9% this year - compared with 1.7% forecast in March.
