Should the insurance industry have better regulation?

A summit to discuss the rising cost of motoring insurance is being held at Downing Street.

The government is looking at limiting claims for whiplash, which the industry says adds £90 to the average cost of car insurance.

BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire heard from Deryn Ashby who said she was the victim of a fraudulent motor insurance claim, and Malcolm Tarling from the Association of British Insurers.
