PPI victim 'dismayed' by claims management company

Two consumer groups are meeting with banks and government on Monday to urge people not to go through claims management companies to get PPI refunds.

Which? and MoneySavingExpert.com's research shows that a quarter of people claiming money for mis-sold payment protection insurance did not know companies acting for them took a fee.
