Louisiana shrimp man: 'BP doesn't fuel US it fools US'

BP has agreed to pay a record fine of $4.5bn (£2.8bn) to settle criminal charges from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill two years ago.

The settlement is the biggest criminal penalty in American history and will not cover civil and state claims for economic losses.

Dean Blanchard has been a shrimp distributor in Lousiana for most of his life, but he now spends his days struggling to keep his company afloat, as he told BBC Radio 4's PM programme.
