Cost of living concern for North Shields workers

Workers at a hi-tech manufacturer in North Shields have called on the chancellor to help with their cost of living in his Budget.

The chief executive of the company also told the BBC's Steph McGovern that a proposed increase in infrastructure investment had to be targeted correctly to boost growth.
