Two Koreas reach deal on Kaesong

North and South Korea have agreed to re-start operations at the huge jointly-run Kaesong industrial complex.

Kaesong has been shut since April, when tensions between the neighbours were at their highest.

However, details as to when the complex will be fully operational again have not been released.

Rico Hizon spoke to the BBC's Seoul correspondent, Lucy Williamson.
