G20: The end of 'cheap money'?

Leaders of the G20 group of developed and developing nations are gathering outside St Petersburg to debate the global economic agenda.

One of the main issues under discussion is the possible end to the flow of 'cheap money' into emerging market currencies, bonds and shares.
