Grangemouth dispute: Is Ineos and Unite plan a good deal?

A deal has been struck between workers and bosses to save the Grangemouth petrochemical plant near Falkirk, but what does the deal mean for both sides?

Ineos chairman Jim Ratcliffe is positive about the plant's future but critical of Unite's approach to the dispute, claiming the union was "intent on a fight".

The Scottish Trades Union Congress accused Ineos of "wanting to impose its will on the workforce".

John Moylan reports.
