The mobile phone app helping South Africa's job hunters

Shikoh Gitau created an mobile phone job application that matches South Africa's millions of unemployed with potential employers.

Since its launch the app has been used by hundreds of thousands of people and Shikoh has been snapped up by Google.

She told the BBC her story.
