Student loans sale: 'Terms of loans are not changing'

Universities Minister David Willetts has said that graduates whose student loans have been sold to a debt firm have, "no reason to be concerned".

The government has sold £890m of loans to debt management consortium Erudio for £160m.

Mr Willetts told BBC News that there would be "no change" to the terms of the loans which were taken out between 1990 and 1998.
