Typhoon Haiyan pushes up Philippines inflation

Inflation in the Philippines rose to a nine-month high in November driven by the impact of deadly Typhoon Haiyan.

Consumer prices in the country rose 3.3% in during the month, from a year ago.

The storm devastated one of the country's key agricultural regions, causing higher food prices.
