Insurance brokers: 'Premiums have been coming down'
Motor insurance premiums are unnecessarily high due to the cost of replacement cars and repairs, the Competition Commission has said.

He also welcomed the Commission's concern about price-parity contracts between price comparison websites and insurers, which prevent the policy being offered more cheaply elsewhere.
