Morrisons boss: 'If you're late, have something great'

Morrisons boss Dalton Philips has been talking about the belated launch of his supermarket's online shopping service.

Internet sales currently comprise less than 4% of the overall grocery market but that is expected to double over the next five years so it is seen as a key area.

Mr Philips told BBC Breakfast's Stephanie McGovern, "The trick is, if you're going to be late, to come out with something that's really great," and said his company had addressed issues surrounding online food shopping, such as freshness and substitutions.
