Morrisons aims to bring 'bustle' back to high street

Morrisons has announced it is to open dozens of convenience stores across the country.

The supermarket chain is set to buy 49 Blockbuster stores as it presses ahead with plans to open local 'Morrisons M' shops.

Gordon Mowat, managing director of Morrisons Convenience, said the latest acquisitions would offer the retailer a chance to "bring a bit of bustle" back to the high street.
