The Golden Isle: Ireland may have $10bn of gold deposits

Ireland's prospects have improved following its exit from bailout at the end of 2013, but it still owes the troika - the EU, IMF and European Central Bank - more than 70 billion euros.

After a six year survey, the Tellus project has identified gold in the ground in huge deposits.

Andy Martin reports from County Monaghan.
