Davos 2014: Why are only 15% of delegates women?

In the last two years the number of women delegates at the World Economic Forum in Davos has fallen, despite efforts to boost them.

The decline comes despite a quota system introduced by the annual event in Davos two years ago demanding that its 100 most important partners send one woman to the annual meeting for every four men.

At this year's meeting only 15% of delegates are women.
