GDP figures: 'We have more work to do' - Ed Balls

The UK economy grew by 1.9% in 2013, its strongest rate since 2007, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

Shadow chancellor Ed Balls says it is good to have some growth back after "three years of flat-lining".

But he says for many people this is not a recovery at all because the standards of living are continuing to fall.
