Co-op facing 'challenging times'

The secretary general of Co-operatives UK has told the BBC that these are "very challenging times" for the Co-operative Group.

Ed Mayo spoke after the Co-operative Group said it has accepted Euan Sutherland's resignation as chief executive.

Mr Mayo went on to insist that the next few months would be "relatively steady as the organisation takes breath".
