E.On boss 'sorry' after record mis-selling penalty

The boss of energy giant E.On has apologised to customers after it was forced to pay a record £12m penalty for mis-selling by Ofgem.

E.On's chief executive Tony Cocker told the Today programme that the company was "not fast enough" in addressing such issues, but has now overhauled its sales policy and stopped door-to-door selling.
