Lagarde on UK economy: 'Risks looming on the horizon'

IMF managing director Christine Lagarde has warned that there are "risk looming on the horizon", despite positive signs that the UK economy is growing and "rebalancing".

Speaking in London, she warned Chancellor George Osborne that accelerating house prices and low productivity posed the greatest threat to the UK's economic recovery.
