Taiwan firms struggle with succession
In Taiwan, three sisters have taken over the running of the family farm and turned it into a popular weekend getaway.
In their case it has been a smooth transition from one generation of leaders to the next.
But not many family businesses in Taiwan find it so easy to hand over the reins, especially companies started during the boom years of the country's industrialisation.
Their leaders are now elderly, and they're struggling with the question of who will succeed them.
