Russia EU food ban: Polish apple crop feels the crunch

Poland is the world's largest producer of apples and it was the biggest supplier to Russia before the ban on EU food was imposed on 7 August.

Polish family apple farms accounted for 90% of those sales and now they face the choice of trying to apply for EU emergency aid or finding another market for their crops outside of the EU.
