Osborne on QE: Central bank 'not enough by itself'

George Osborne said that the quantitative easing from the European Central Bank "can help but it is not by itself enough".

The ECB has said it will inject at least €1.1tn into the eurozone economy.

The Chancellor dismissed suggestions that it could lead to deflation in the UK.
