New Shell chief executive targets untapped Arctic oil

Two years ago, Shell announced a "pause" in its operations in Alaska after encountering a string of controversies.

Now its new chief executive, Ben van Beurden, wants to restart Arctic drilling, saying the company had been planning all along to return to the project.
