Which? says consumer energy bills could be lower

Research from consumer body Which? has found recent cuts in energy bills should have been bigger and made earlier.

Which? claims households should have saved an average of £145 in 2014 and suggests that energy firms should now be cutting gas and electricity prices by as much as 10%.
