Trial hears phone call evidence in Libor rate case
The first criminal trial linked to the rigging of a key interest rate has been hearing evidence from the prosecution.
Tom Hayes, a former City trader, is accused of acting in a "thoroughly dishonest manner" in his alleged attempts to rig the so-called Libor rate.
Mr Hayes denies all eight charges of conspiracy to defraud.
Emma Simpson reports from Southwark Crown Court.
