Phone fraud: How woman was defrauded by scam
Three men who tricked their victim into handing over her £12,000 savings on the phone have been caught on tape.
The BBC has acquired a recording which shows how one 65-year-old woman, Nargess Sadjady, lost £12,000 to very sophisticated scammers.
