Boris Johnson: Heathrow expansion is 'basically undeliverable'

The Mayor of London Boris Johnson has said that he believes expansion at Heathrow airport is "basically undeliverable".

He was speaking after the government said a decision on whether to build a third runway would be delayed until at least the summer.

Mr Johnson welcomed the delay and said it showed how difficult the decision is.
