Should India relax a ban on gambling on cricket?

Last month a court-appointed panel recommended that India should legalise betting on cricket.

At the moment, gambling is restricted to horseracing only.

But there is a vast black market in cricket gambling - and it's estimated to be worth tens of billions of dollars a year.
