Dagenham strikers: 'We got the same money as a janitor'

Two women who were part of the group who walked out of Ford's Dagenham plant to demand equal pay for both genders say before the reforms they were paid the "same money as janitors".

Eileen Pullen and Gwen Davis were part of the industrial action which led to the Equal Pay Act being passed.
