Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary on the impact of Brexit

HARDtalk speaks to Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary about the impact of Brexit on his airline and Ireland.

Low cost Ryanair is the biggest airline in Europe according to passenger numbers and a large chunk of its market is in the UK.

Now because of the UK’s vote to leave the European Union Michael O’Leary says Ryanair is ‘pivoting’ more of its operations towards Europe.

He tells HARDtalk’s Stephen Sackur that he worries about the imposition of a hard border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
