Why are we running out of courgettes?

The cost of imported vegetables such as courgettes, lettuce, and broccoli is going up because of bad weather in Europe.

One supplier said that a combination of flooding, cold weather and poor light levels had created a "perfect storm" of poor growing conditions.

Supermarkets have also told the BBC there are concerns over the supply of fresh food.
