The Chinese hotels trying to be art museums

Many hotels in China's capital Beijing are using their spaces to display artworks from giant porcelain vases to rainwater installations.

"If you have art in the lobby of the hotel... it makes it a real experience.

"We are looking at it as a selling point," says Adrian Rudin, general manager at the Nuo Hotel in Beijing.

But does it really make good business sense for hotels to spend so much money on art displays?
